Long‑term apartment rental in Valencia: we find the flat, you move in
Good long‑term flats in Valencia are gone within days, many agencies won't reserve anything without a viewing, and landlords want paperwork that newcomers rarely have yet. We take the search off your hands: we look across agencies and private landlords, go to the viewings for you, check the contract before you sign and hand you the keys when you arrive at your new home.

What we help with
Advice on where to live
Before we search, we look at your lifestyle and expectations and tell you which neighbourhoods suit you — the part of the service our clients value most.
Search across the market
Portals, agencies and private landlords, filtered by your budget, area, school and commute.
Talking to agencies and landlords
In Spanish, by phone and in person, so good flats don't slip away while you wait for a reply.
Viewings on your behalf
We go in person, show you the flat and the street on a live video call or film them, and tell you what the photos don't show.
A strong application
We help you put together the documents Spanish landlords trust, especially if your income is from abroad or self‑employed.
Contract check
Duration, deposit (fianza) and guarantees, who pays what, and whether you can register on the padrón.

Who it's for
You're moving from abroad
You can't fly in for every viewing, and agencies rarely reserve without one. We become your eyes on the ground.
You have income from abroad or are self‑employed
Landlords are used to Spanish payslips. We present your income in a way they understand.
You're moving with children or a pet
School catchment areas and pet‑friendly flats narrow the market a lot. We search with both in mind.
You need the padrón for your residency paperwork
Not every rental lets you register your address. We check before you commit, not after.
Why landlords won't rent to you
It's not you. Most agencies filter applications before anyone looks at your budget: no Spanish payslip, no resident guarantor, foreign passport. Money in the bank doesn't help, because nobody gets far enough to ask about it.
What gets you a yes: a complete, verified document pack sent before the viewing, a call to the landlord in Spanish and, where it makes sense, a few months paid up front. That's the work we do.

Price
€690 or 50% of one month's rent, whichever is higher. Everything is included: the search, the viewings, the application, the negotiation and the contract check. For example, for a flat at €1,200 a month you pay €690; for a flat at €1,600 a month, €800. The price is fixed in writing after the free consultation. You pay us, not the landlord: we work for you, not for the property.
